In Facebook, every post would be considered a Post Reach. Post reach in summation, is what an audience/viewer see or can be potentially seen from the business. So whatever posts or any activity the Facebook business page does is a post reach. After a post reach is a post engagement; post engagement is any type of interaction in the post by the business (ex. Shares, likes, comments). When a viewer interacts with the post, it can be seen in that viewer's new feed. This helps expose the business's post to a wider set of audience. This is how anything in the internet becomes viral.
Insight is a great tool to use as it provide an analytic view of how viewers/people are reaching to your posts whether it be post reach or post engagement.
